Passion is a key component in healthy relationships: whether it's the relationship we have with ourself, the relationships we have with our loved ones & colleagues, or the relationship we have with The Divine. Passion is also an energy source: the fire that feeds the work we do in the world.
When we don't have access to that renewable fuel, we "burn out," we get "writer's block," our work lives are stagnant, our sex lives are unsatisfactory, our love lives are dreary and draining, we are unable to see the sacred in ourselves and others. We start "going through the motions" rather than being plugged in and engaged in this journey and adventure we call life.
So how do we re/connect with Passion? The breath is one way.
In this "Breathwork Bite" webinar you will learn 3 breathing techniques to access your passion so that you can embody eros in all parts of your life. These techniques will help you become more fully grounded in your body, enhance your intimacy with your partner(s), & commune deeply with The Divine. These techniques are easy to learn and can be adapted for many body types, situations & intentions.
This webinar will use the Zoom application. You will need a webcam and a browser. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. There will be a 15-minute break in the middle of the webinar.
Please note that this is a QTPOC-centered event, but all bodies are welcome: cis bodies, trans bodies, intersex bodies, gender non-conforming bodies, abled bodies, differently-abled bodies, thin bodies, fat bodies, bodies of all races & ethnicities. While there is no way to make sure that all of those types of bodies are present, it is my intention to have a diverse & welcoming space—so if you have problems being in community with any of the types of bodies listed, this is not the right event for you.
Instead of a sliding scale, I've organized my event registration fees into payment tiers. There is nothing you have to prove to me about your financial situation, I don't ask for your tax returns or pay stubs. I simply ask that you do some honest reflection about your current financial reality from a mindset of abundance rather than one of scarcity & then choose the tier meets that reality. The tiers are named as they are to reflect the amount of “green” you have access to. The Meadow Tier is my “market rate”; Garden Tier is for those for whom market rate would be a hardship; and Savanna Tier is for those with wealth. (The software that I use for online registration charges fees: for the Garden Tier, I pay the fees; for the other Tiers, the fees are included in the registration.)
