What's the difference between Oshun's Oasis & Cawo's Chrysalis?

Each Oshun's Oasis session is only 55 minutes. It's best for folx who are very self-directed and/or only have one issue they're trying to address and/or who know that they are deeply impacted by breathwork. There is very little discussion during a session, and almost never give home exercises.

Cawo's Chrysalis sessions are 90 minutes. These sessions incorporats more than just breathwork (may include soundwork & energy work), and we sometimes use breathwork to get deeper into an issue that the conscious mind is having difficulty articulating. This package also includes home assigments (may include painting/drawing, spiritual/ancestor work, journaling, movement, or breathwork) & I check in with you on the weeks we're not meeting. This is best for folx who want to go very deep and who do better with an energetic container they don't have to maintain, and/or those who need a little more support in navigating the steps of the path forward and with reframing the stories they may be holding onto.

How do I decide between the Community Sessions & a Solo Journey?

You don't actually have to decide between them. Many of my individual clients also come to Community Sessions. And if you are doing a Solo or Partner Journey, your entry to any of the Community Sessions is included (provided you fall within the appropriate demographics). The Community Sessions don't require any ongoing commitment; you can attend once a month, once a quarter, once a year, whenever is convenient (however the more regularly you come, the more you'll get out of them).

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance.

Do you offer discounts?

I generally offer a discount to sexworkers & other healers only.

I want my work to be as accessible as possible in as sustainable a manner as possible. If the cost alone would prevent you from a Solo Journey, let's chat about ways to make it doable for both of us. I offer payment plans, limited bartering, and 1-3 pro-bono sessions a year.
